1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic shipping: 2–7 business days
  • International shipping: 5–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide where available.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Any additional fees required by local authorities

HelioGrow is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

HelioGrow is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
  • If further assistance is needed, contact our support team

We will do our best to assist but are not liable for carrier-related issues.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. Split Shipments
