Returns
You may return your grow light within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
